Behavior Guide Platform – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Behavior Guide, a platform designed to support parents of children with developmental disabilities. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Behavior Guide platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
- Content Ownership and Usage: a. All video materials and additional PDF materials on the platform are the exclusive property of Behavior Guide in cooperation with recognized experts. b. Clients are granted permission to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. c. Any form of duplication, copying, or sharing of the materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Rights to Video Materials: a. All video materials are created and produced by recognized experts in various fields related to children’s neurodevelopment. b. A child has been used to record and demonstrate some activities with written permission from the parents.
- Consultation with Experts: a. Clients have the opportunity to consult with eminent experts, including ABA therapists, Montessori educators, occupational therapists, music therapists, and officially recognized medical professionals. b. Any advice or information provided by the experts is for informational purposes only and should not replace personal visits to therapists and doctors.
- Platform Purpose: a. Behavior Guide is a platform that supports parents, provides information, connects parents with doctors and experts, and gives recommendations for activities to improve children’s life skills. b. The platform is an additional form of support and is not intended to replace personal visits to therapists and doctors.
- Intellectual Property: a. All content on the platform is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. b. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform’s content without explicit permission.
- Liability: a. Behavior Guide is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
- Modification of Terms: a. Behavior Guide reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on the platform.
