Alexandra Comărniceanu has 17 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She completed her master’s degree in ABA at Bangor University, United Kingdom, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2012. She has been a speaker at conferences both in Romania and the United Kingdom, and conducts trainings in various European countries.

Her work involves supervising home-based  ABA programs and centers that offer ABA programs, integrating individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other disabilities into schools and kindergartens, and supervising individuals seeking to obtain various certifications in the field of behavior analysis. She is also working in the education domain, where she collaborates with kindergartens and schools that want to use ABA in order to be more efficient in teaching different skills (eg., academic skills, social skills, etc.).

Her main responsibilities include:
 • Creating and monitoring Individualized Education Programs for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays/autism/learning disabilities using behavior principles (targets related to areas such as academic achievement, social interaction, language, repetitive behaviors, self-care, motor skills, etc.); 
• Training parents, behavior technicians, teachers and other team members working with the children/adolescents/adults with disabilities;
 • Integrating children with autism/developmental delays/other disabilities into kindergartens and schools;
 • Helping adults with autism to learn the necessary skills in order to obtain and maintain a job; 
• Assessing and improving teaching methods used in kindergartens and schools, using strategies based on behavior principles; 
• Making sure that the learning process is an engaging and motivating one by tailoring the strategies and objectives, to the unique needs and interests of each child/adolescent/adult and to the needs of their families.

Dr. Richard Frye

Behavioral Child Neurologist

Dr. Richard Frye is a Child Neurologist with expertise in neurodevelopmental and neurometabolic disorders. He received an MD and PhD in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University.  He completed a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Miami, Residency in Child Neurology and Fellowship in Behavioral Neurology and Learning Disabilities at Harvard University/Children’s Hospital Boston and Fellowship in Psychology at Boston University.  He also received a Masters in Biomedical Science and Biostatistics from Drexel University. He holds board certifications in Pediatrics, and in Neurology with Special Competence in Child Neurology.  Dr. Frye is a national leader in autism research. He has authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and serves on several editorial boards.

He has lead several clinical studies on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), including studies focusing on defining the clinical, behavioral, cognitive, genetic and metabolic characteristics of children with ASD and mitochondrial disease and several clinical trials demonstrating the efficacy of safe and novel treatments that target underlying physiological abnormalities in children with ASD, including open-label studies on tetrahydrobiopterin, cobalamin and folinic acid and a recent double-blind placebo controlled trial on folinic acid. His ongoing research efforts focus on defining metabolic endophenotypes of children with ASD and developing targeted treatments.

In 2022, Dr. Frye became the co-founder of The Autism Discovery and Treatment Foundation, a 501c non-profit organization dedicated to researching biomarkers and treatments for complicated neurodevelopmental disorders.

He currently sees American patients at Rossignol Medical Center and many international patients at Neurodevelopmental Precision Medicine.

specialist in preschool pedagogy, Montessori educator

Eržebet Bedrosian earned her first degree in 1984 at the Pedagogical Academy in Subotica as a graduated preschool teacher, and she obtained the title of Professor of Pedagogy in 1990 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad.

She furthered her professional development in the field of Montessori pedagogy and obtained the title of Montessori educator at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary, where she completed a two-year specialization. The topic of her specialization work was “Development of Time Orientation Using the Montessori Method in Preschool-Aged Children.”

Eržebet Bedrosian has been the president of the Montessori Society of Serbia since 2008, and in addition to that, she works as a professional associate and pedagogue at the “Naša radost” Preschool Institution in Subotica. She is also the author and facilitator of training programs in the field of Montessori pedagogy.

Instrumental Practice Dr. Jenny DIOUF LEWIS plays several musical instruments, primarily the flute and organ.

In music therapy sessions, she primarily uses the guitar, piano, autoharp, and percussion instruments.

Volunteer Work “Once a scout, always a scout!”

Dr. Jenny DIOUF LEWIS has always been involved in scouting and served as a scout leader with the Scouts and Guides of France (SGDF) for 10 years, working with children and adolescents aged 8 to 17.

In 2014, Dr. Jenny DIOUF LEWIS spent a year as a volunteer coordinator and animator for adapted vacations for people with mental and/or physical disabilities.
